Platform DevOps Engineer
Within the Lombard Odier IT department, the Platform Ops team delivers new features for our internal platform. This includes products such as container orchestration, deployment automation, authentication, message brokers, secret management, monitoring and observability, and more.
The team is cross department and composed of developers, infrastructure engineers, security specialists and production engineers. We deliver end-to-end features for our developer, integration, production and security teams. Our goal is to replace the legacy tools and help applications easily switch to our new platform products and features. Our objective is to integrate every application developed internally or provided by a third party with our common platform.

MISSION:
  • Understand, analyze and create proof of concepts around new feature requests and needs
  • Deliver new products or features following best practices for automation, security and observability
  • Being a product owner for one or more platform tools: create the roadmap, deliver presentations, plan upgrades, and help with integration and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the team on new projects and challenges, bring your expertise, experience and ideas to the table
PROFIL:
  • Higher education degree in IT
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Experience with GitOps, pipelines, release management
  • Experience with Kubernetes deployments, using: helm, kustomize, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting, like: ansible, terraform, powershell, python, golang
  • Experience in one product in the field of: API management, authentication, secret management, addressability, monitoring/observability, message brokers
  • Ability to analyse, provide feedback, present and implement new platform needs
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Swiss resident or willing to relocate to Switzerland
